These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FileFit iOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using FileFit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
FileFit is a photo compression tool for iOS. It compresses images on your device, allowing you to reduce photo file sizes and free up storage. FileFit does not upload your photos to any external server.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FileFit. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account & Authentication
- You must sign in using a supported authentication provider (Apple, Google, Facebook, or Email) to use FileFit.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
4. Purchases & Payments
- FileFit offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock compression features. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
- You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
5. Photo Compression & Data
- Safe Mode creates compressed copies of your photos while keeping the originals untouched.
- Replace Mode overwrites original photos with compressed versions. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- FileFit requires access to your Photo Library and iCloud account to function. All compression happens locally on your device.
- You are solely responsible for any data loss resulting from using Replace Mode. FileFit displays clear warnings and requires explicit confirmation before replacing originals.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Redistribute or resell the App or its components
7. Intellectual Property
FileFit and all associated branding, code, and design are the property of the developer. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App. It does not transfer any ownership rights.
8. Disclaimers
FileFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that compression will achieve specific file size reductions, as results vary depending on image content and format.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss from photo replacement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FileFit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
